We use only the finest grains milled at our farm and use industry leading distillation methods for the finest product. Aged product is available ranging from 1 year to 6 years as of August 2026. Custom mash bills for new make product is available based on availability within our production schedule.

Our mash bill adds significant corn and wheat to the recipe to balance out the spiciness of the rye. This sweeter, softer product has been described as a "crowd pleaser" and rivals our bourbon sales in the Tasting Room.  Aged product is available from 2 years to nearly 5 years.  We have regular Rye Whiskey and Double Oaked Whiskey (aged in two separate casks) available.

Our unique gin is botanical forward with the signature juniper taste to round it out. It catches the attention of seasoned gin connoisseurs but is also approachable to those who do not consider themselves gin drinkers.

Our vodka is made with 100% corn from our farm. It passes through 28 distillation sites and is carbon filtered for a smooth finish. Custom mash bills and/or flavorings available with a minimum amount.
