Distillery in Illinois


The distillery features seven locally fabricated 2,500 gallon fermentation tanks and twin stills measuring 18 feet and 28 feet. This allows for maximum efficiency and quality. The production floor also features a 2 barrel brewing system that produces a variety of seasonal and year round favorites for the Tasting Room.


The bottling line is an eight head automated system capable of bottling 20 bottles per minute.


The Rickhouse is brand new brick construction featuring 22,000 square feet waiting to be filled with barrels. In 3-4 years, it will be at it’s 5,000 barrel capacity but in the meantime it is a great wide open space for gatherings and events.
