Rye Whiskey

As farmers, we know a superior product takes heart and hard work. We bring these values to the distillery, where our Illinois rye whiskey is created from corn grown on our farm and locally-sourced small grains from the valleys of the Mississippi River. 

The sweetness of corn and softness of wheat balance the bold, spicy characteristics of rye for the perfect rye whiskey drink. The robust barrel char is assertive, yet allows the fiery personality of the rye to shine through. Following the character of the farm, our Illinois rye whiskey is confident and bold, doesn’t hold back on fullness or flavor ~ it’s all in, all the time.
