Our signature product is aging to perfection in new, charred oak barrels. The oak flavor will balance the sweetness from corn, softer wheated tones, and finish with a hint of spice from barley. Our first limited release will be Fall 2023 with more to come in 2024.

We craft our vodka from corn grown on our family's sixth generation farm. Corn that is planted, harvested, and hand selected all by a member of our family. It passes through twenty distillation sites and active carbon for a clean, polished finish.

Our gin has a softer juniper influence with subtle hints of crisp coriander, lemongrass, and bitter orange balanced with orris root for depth and a cracked black pepper finish. It is a unique invitation to the seasoned gin connoiseur as well as those that don't consider themselves gin drinkers.

A whiskey blended with the sweetness of corn, softness of wheat, and spiciness of rye. An assertive barrel char balances these strong flavors for a taste far beyond its years. Many that taste say it is the best rye whiskey on the market.

This special Bourbon Whiskey recipe is 100% corn from our farm. The natural sweetness from the corn and robust barrel char will create a beautifully smooth bourbon straight from the farm.
